Painted Board

This product is obtained by applying primer, putty, two coats of base paint, ink belonging to the relevant pattern if pattern painting will be done, and finally varnish on the raw MDF surface using the printing roller method.

In painted board production, the primer putty and base paints we use are water-based products. UV lacquers used as the top-surface material make surfaces more resistant and enable production at the desired gloss level. UV varnish contains photoinitiators. UV energy activates these photoinitiators and initiates a chemical reaction, enabling the varnish to dry and cure. Production is carried out in 30 different patterns and colors.
