MDF-MDF LAM



According to customer demands, Starwood is going to enlarge its product range with manufacturing ultra thin MDF and MDF, using specialized machinery for ultra thin MDF production.

Using its two lines, ( one for up to 4 mm and the other one is for thicker than 4 mm boards ) in the dimensions of 210 x 280 and 183 x 366, starting from 1,5 mm up to 38 mm, Starwood is going to manufacture 500 m3 ultra thin MDF and 1000 m3 normal MDF boards per day.

One of the most important investments that Starwood made is the new printing line. Starting from 2008, Starwood will be able to print surface layers of MDF with its brand new, state - of - the - art printing line, not only for as back panels of cupboards but also for furniture industry in furniture quality. This lacquered printing process has all related standards with high scratch and wear resistance.
